二、服務說明

CasualGuessr 為一免費地理猜謎遊戲，使用者可透過 Google 街景畫面猜測地點位置。本網站同時提供社群地圖功能， 允許已登入之使用者上傳及分享自訂地圖。

本服務以「現況」（as-is）基礎提供，不保證服務之持續性、穩定性或無錯誤。 本網站保留隨時修改、暫停或終止部分或全部服務之權利，恕不另行通知。

三、帳號

• 使用本網站遊玩不需要帳號，登入後可儲存遊戲紀錄及上傳地圖
• 目前僅支援透過 Google 帳號登入
• 您應妥善保管帳號資訊，並對帳號下之所有行為負完全責任
• 您可隨時至帳號設定頁面刪除帳號

四、使用者上傳之地圖

• 您上傳之地圖內容須為您擁有合法使用權之內容
• 嚴禁上傳違法、冒犯性、侵害他人權利或包含個人隱私資訊之內容
• 上傳後，您的地圖將公開供所有使用者瀏覽及遊玩， 其他玩家之遊戲紀錄及排行榜成績亦將與您的地圖相關聯
• 您保留上傳地圖之所有權，惟同時授予本網站在網站上展示、使用及推廣該內容之非專屬授權
• 本網站有權移除違反本條款之內容，無須事先通知

五、禁止行為

使用本網站時，您不得從事以下行為：

• 干擾、破壞或妨礙網站之正常運作
• 使用自動化工具、爬蟲程式或其他方式大量存取或擷取網站資料
• 冒充他人身份或提供虛假資訊
• 利用漏洞或不正當手段操控排行榜或遊戲結果
• 上傳含有惡意程式碼或有害內容之資料

六、免責聲明

• 本服務依「現況」及「現有」基礎提供，不提供任何明示或暗示之保證， 包括但不限於適銷性、特定用途適用性及無侵權之保證
• 街景畫面及地圖資料由 Google 提供，本網站無法控制其正確性、完整性或可用性

七、智慧財產權

本網站之設計、程式碼及品牌標誌為開發者所有，受相關智慧財產權法律保護。 Google 街景及地圖服務為 Google LLC 之財產。 使用者上傳之地圖內容歸其各自上傳者所有。

八、條款修訂

1. General

Welcome to CasualGuessr (hereinafter referred to as “the Website” or “the Service”). These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

CasualGuessr is a free geography guessing game in which users identify locations using Google Street View imagery. The Website also provides community map features that allow authenticated users to upload and share custom maps.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. No guarantees are made regarding its continuity, stability, or error-free operation. The Website reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Accounts

• An account is not required to play. Signing in enables game history saving and map uploads
• Google Sign-In is the only authentication method currently supported
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page

4. User-Uploaded Maps

• You must have the legal right to use any map content you upload
• Uploading illegal, offensive, infringing, or privacy-violating content is strictly prohibited
• Once uploaded, your maps are publicly accessible for all users to browse and play. Other players' gameplay records and leaderboard scores will be associated with your maps
• You retain ownership of your uploaded maps but grant the Website a non-exclusive license to display, use, and promote such content on the Website
• The Website reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Website, you shall not:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the normal operation of the Website
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other means to access or extract Website data in bulk
• Impersonate another person or provide false identity information
• Exploit bugs or use illegitimate means to manipulate leaderboards or game results
• Upload data containing malicious code or harmful content

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Street View imagery and map data are provided by Google. The Website has no control over their accuracy, completeness, or availability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, and branding of the Website are the property of its developer and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Google Street View and Maps services are the property of Google LLC. User-uploaded map content remains the property of their respective uploaders.

8. Amendments

The Website reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
